Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a refund

Email decofittrading@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving your return.

• Opened units showing signs of use (for hygiene and warranty reasons)
